I am a professional chef and a food journal writer, obviously, all the normal trips will not interested me at all. This wasabi field trip with Ms. Yasuko was an extraordinary one as we had a chance to see the process of how the wasabi was cleaned, prepared and packed. I was impressed. The wasabi farms were also gorgeous to see!
Thank you so much for an excellent review. I'm glad to hear that you could enjoy visiting Wasabi field and farm in Izu. Also, I appreciate being able to introduce to you IKADABA in Izu City.
Yasuko, Provided a very thorough tour of the Mt Fuji Srine and museum/learning center. We met at the port and took several trains from Shimizu to the Fuji area. Also had lunch at a local noodle eatery. A very enjoyable day.
Dear Michael, Thank you for a good review. I'm happy to hear you had fun on that day with me. I'm afraid your wife missed something close to the Mt.Fuji area's atmosphere. But you will be back here in the best season to see Mt.Fuji in the future. I appreciate you joining my tour.
Yasuko was ready to chat and advise us about our itinerary through GoWithGuide. On the day before our tour she contacted me through whatsapp so we could confirm the meeting time and as a result, was easy to find at the port. She had already purchased an IC card for us to use which made catching public transport a breeze. We just had to reimburse her on the day. Using public transport was a fantastic experience and the bullet train ride was awesome. Unfortunately Mt Fuji was enveloped in cloud but the other places she took us to were great and without volumes of tourists.
Dear Debi, Thank you for writing a good review of my tour. I'm happy to hear that you had a good time with me. So you will be back to see Mt.Fuji sometime in the future. Again I appreciate so much for your cooperation.
Our party of 4 was met by yasuko (or Jasmine as she asked us to call her). She was an incredible guide, knowledgeable, and very flexible as we made some changes to our plans. She was able to meet all our must sees including a short ride on the bullet chain. You cannot go wrong with having Jasmine as your guide in the Mt. Fuji area.
Dear Robin-san, thank you so much for a good review. I'm happy to hear that you had fun with me around the Mt.Fuji area. I appreciate you all were kind and cooperative. Welcome back to Japan in a different season. Yasuko
